I chose Allstate Roofing to replace the underlayment on our 25-year-old cement tile roof. From the detailed contract through the installation, everything went extremely smoothly. The crew was terrific, and the on-site manager Nelson was always available. Even the matching of new cement tiles with the originals was done with care and precision. I pay a lot of attention to detail — and so did Allstate Roofing.

We had the flat and sloped roof stripped to bare structure, all rotten plywood replaced, SBS membrane, radiant barrier insulation, battens, and concrete flat tiles installed — along with six new motorized skylights. Brad and Nelson were available every time we had a question. The crew respected our space, was always on time, and cleaned up every night. We highly recommend Allstate without reservation for their professionalism, expertise, honesty, and attention to detail.

Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing ones and did a fantastic job all around. I upgraded to the heavier-grade underlayment, which I'm very glad I did. All materials and costs — including expected wood replacement — were provided upfront, so there were no surprises. Five years later, the roof has held up great with no rework needed. I'd highly recommend Allstate and would definitely use them again.

What an outstanding experience! The office manager was exceptional, Chad the owner was great for the estimate and contract, and the roofing crew did an outstanding job removing the entire tile roof and installing a brand new one in just 4.5 days on a 3,600 sq ft house.
