About the Owner
Chad Thomas, founder of Allstate Roofing Inc., is a highly experienced Arizona roofing contractor with deep roots in the valley. Born and raised here, Chad began his roofing career at age 15, working alongside his father—one of the state’s first licensed roofing contractors.
In 1988, Chad entered the roofing industry full-time while continuing his education, gaining hands-on experience in residential roofing, commercial roofing, roof repair, and roof replacement. After high school, he advanced his career with one of the largest roofing contractors in Arizona, rising from Foreman to Production Manager and ultimately General Manager, overseeing all operations throughout Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, and beyond.
In 2001, Chad obtained his Arizona residential and commercial roofing license and founded Allstate Roofing Inc. His goal was to create a roofing company built on quality workmanship, reliability, and customers trust.
Today, Chad leads one of the most respected roofing companies in the Valley. Under his leadership, Allstate Roofing continues to provide expert roof repair, roof replacement, and new roof installation services across Peoria, Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, El Mirage, Chandler, Mesa, Cave Creek, Avondale, Tolleson, Sun City Grand, Anthem, Paradise Valley, and Litchfield Park.
