I would recommend Allstate Roofing, Chad came out and gave me an estimate, very pleasant to work with, I showed him my problem which was a leak from my skylights and he knew my issue and recommend the type of repair I needed. For the partial repair the price was reasonably priced from the 3 quotes I received. They are a great company to work with.

Before choosing them, I conducted extensive research on licensed, bonded, and insured roofing companies with BBB A+ ratings. My search narrowed down to three, and while AllState’s pricing wasn’t the lowest (nor the highest), their bid details, responsiveness, timelines, warranties, and team structure far surpassed the competition.

Their in-office administrators, Samantha and Hailey, were outstanding—professional, easy to communicate with, and consistently prompt in responding to my inquiries. The AllState Roofing team itself was efficient, cohesive, and clearly experienced. The on-site supervisor, Brad, was respectful, returned calls quickly, and ensured that every project detail was handled to our satisfaction.

Over the past 14 months, they successfully replaced the roofs on two of our Chandler rental homes, and the results exceeded expectations. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the workmanship was excellent.

Upon purchasing my home, I was able to seamlessly work with AllState to transfer the warranty as they walked me through the steps. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Recently, I had some broken tiles on that home and I called AllState to inquire about the process. After some initial dialouge, it was determined that there would be a fee associated with the replacement of those tiles. I came back looking for additional clarification on that warranty and since solar was added post roofing install, there were some wrinkles that had to accounted for. Fortunately, AllState was very accommodating and helpful as they assisted through the tile replacement process seamlessly. They were very transparent, communicative and friendly through the entire transaction. I'm very grateful to have AllState Roofing cover and protect my home. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking to protect their asset.

I learned of Allstate Roofing from my HOA (Trilogy) website, and what a great find. Chad came out quickly and assessed my concerns, based on my home inspection report. After he walked the roof, I showed him the inspection report. He explained why part of the inspection report, while correct, was not a necessary repair. And he informed me that since this was a small job, if I waited until his crew was in the area, I could save on the cost of the repair.
I'm from a small town in the midwest and in dealing with Chad, I felt like I was back home. Great, honest guy.

We have used Allstate Roofing on two occasions. The first time was 7 years ago we had them replace the underlayment on our roof. Most recently they installed all new roof tiles on our two story home. Both times they did an excellent job! Changing your roof tile is a major decision and I appreciated their patience and feedback as we tried to decide on which tile to go with. Once we decided on a tile, from start to finish they were done in less than 3 days, we were amazed!! They are fast, professional and leave no mess behind. I highly recommend this company.

I am in the process of selling my home and found out I had several cracked tiles from the buyers inspection that needed to be replaced. Allstate Roofers sent out a worker who was not only polite, but very knowledgeable and honest. He explained what he saw up on my roof and what needed to be done. He said that there were about 20 tiles that needed to be replaced and let me know he would move tiles around so the front tiles would all look remain similar in color and put new tiles on the very top to not be noticeable. The fact he was going to take the time to rearrange old and new tiles really impressed me. Although, it made more work for him he offered to do that to make my roof look more attractive. I began my search for a roofing company by having multiple companies inspect and each provide estimates for our roofing needs. Allstate Roofing had excellent reviews and also provided the best price for what was to be done.

It started with a call to Samantha who was very polite and courteous, setting us up with an appointment. Chad arrived and provided a thorough inspection along with an explanation of what should be done, he even came by a second time to answer a few questions. Nelson the Superintendent, was also very professional and kept me updated on the daily progress. Nelson and the crew arrived early and stayed all day, always leaving the property clean of any debris and ready for the next day. They were able to complete the entire main-house roof and repair/re-roof our back porch in 3 days, it looks amazing.

I noticed that I had some out of place tiles on my roof. I called Allstate Roofing after reading all of the positive reviews. They scheduled to come out two days later. The owner Chad arrived on time as scheduled and quickly accessed my roof after I showed home where the tiles were out of place. He told me that the tiles were displaced by high winds or a microburst, he reinstalled the tiles properly and inspected the remainder of the roof, with no issues noted. He told me that there was no charge, but asked if I would leave a review of the service. I was very satisfied with their prompt and professional service along with being pleasantly surprised that there was no charge. Thank you Chad. When I need roof work in the future, I will definitely call Allstate Roofing to do the work. I highly recommend this company.

After receiving several quotes to replace the paper on the tile roof of our 24 year old home, I selected Allstate Roofing because of Brad Robertson. Brad inspected the roof and coordinated with his office to get us a quote. We had sticker shock with all of the quotes, even Allstate, but the roofing paper product warranty, warranty transferability, Brad's customer service, and attention to detail sealed the deal for us. Allstate completed our roof. While there were some items that were missed by the actual roofing crew, Brad took extra time to make sure all of the punch list items were addressed quickly and properly. Brad is a straight shooter, and I would recommend speaking to him if I you are looking for an honest idea of the best way to address your roofing needs.

The removal of my concrete tile roof went very fast, the new waterproof underlayment was nailed down and the concrete tiles were replaced, along with some new tiles, all over a three day period. Clean-up was very good with only a few nails left over for me to pick up. I still have not had a good rain to date to find out how well my new roof will keep me dry. Allstate Roofing delivered excellent results from the first meeting to the final day of the installation. The staff was professional and beat our expectations on quality and timely execution.

Allstate replaced my roof on a 2-story house that is over 4K sq ft. I have a 30-year warranty on the work and the material. It was a great selling point, and I was able to transfer the warranty to the buyer.

In 2015, a corner tile fell of the second story dormer into the driveway where our car had been just an hour before.

We searched for flat cement tile roof repairs and found three (3) companies: a) One said, “oh we don’t do small jobs”. b) One said we will send someone out for an estimate. He did not bring a ladder or even attempt to check the roof but said we will sell you a new roof for $14 to $15K. c) The third company was non-responsive.

That day the free local Glendale newspaper had an ad for Allstate Roofing. I called and Chad said he would send someone out. He arrived, did an assessment, and said our tile roof manufacturer had gone out of business. He said they would go to the “tile boneyard” and look for suitable tiles. We asked him to buy an extra tiles just in case.

Allstate repaired the broken tile that fell into the driveway and replaced several other tiles that were cracked.

In July 2022, March 2023. and March 2024 we called Allstate Roofing to inspect the roof and replace tiles as needed. In the last repairs, they re-mudded all crown tiles and replaced a few broken tiles as well.

Every time, Allstate Roofing did an excellent job, was reasonably priced, responsive and we could not ask for a better relationship.

So, when it is time for us to replace the entire roof and that day will come, we will call Allstate Roofing.

After getting quotes from three companies, we chose Allstate Roofing because they had the better warranty and seemed to be the most professional. Nelson and his team did a wonderful job replacing the underlayment on our roof. They were very professional and kept us updated on progress. The price was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company!

Edit: Allstate has continued to be a great company to work with! They were very kind and helpful when we needed a broken tile fixed on our roof. We recently hired them again to replace the underlayment on another house. They did an amazing job on this one as well and we will continue to recommend them.

I would like to take a minute and write about Allstate Roofing Inc During a storm in July 2014 we took a lot of damage to our roof. I looked up several roofing companies on Home Advisor, Angie's List and the BBB (did a ton of research). We had 3 companies come out and give us quotes and from the minute I met Chad (owner of AllState) I knew we had found our roofer. He was passionate and professional and very informative. We had our insurance adjuster out (from an absolutely worthless insurance company that is not worth mentioning by name-discount double check). They denied our claim. I called Chad and asked him if he would be willing to meet with a 2nd adjustor and he jumped at the chance to help. Needless to say the second adjustor was worse than the first one and the roof still wasn't going to be covered. Chad worked with us on crunching numbers and we secured the financing to pay for the repairs. The Project Manager Johnny (we could not have hoped for a better guy to be running our roof project) came out 2 days before the project was to begin and went over everything with me and my wife. The crews that showed up were very professional and way beyond courteous. They were here early and worked late. They allowed me to add work as we went along and the costs were very reasonable. THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING. Friends and Family drive by my house because they don't even recognize it anymore.

I got 4 bids on my house. The first was $29K and about a 15 year warranty. The second was $19K and a 15 year warranty. The third was $15K and a 20 year warranty. This third company would have gotten the job based on their good track record, however, Allstate was my final bidder who came in at $15K and a 30 year warranty. The funny thing about all the other bids is they were offering the same amount of materials for less warranty. I awarded the work to Allstate. Brad Robertson and Nelson Perez were responsible for my roofing job. I found them both to be exceptional. Then the team that Nelson managed... they were excellent. I recommend these guys, but do yourself a favor, feed them lunch at least once to say "Thanks" and then give them a big tip. They work hard and deserve the tip for sure. Thanks Allstate Roofing of Phoenix for doing such a wonderful job on the roof. Well done! Also, I should say they left the job site at the end of the day in good shape by cleaning up the major stuff.

Hard to believe it's already been 2 years since the roof was done, but it's still there and looks as good as new. We've had a lot of weather over the last year with no problems.

Recently, a roof tile fell off the corner of our house and broke. My Husband said he was going to call Allstate Roofing, who had replaced our whole roof years ago, to see if they could replace it.
I told him that it was way too long ago, and that there was no way a company was going to send someone out to replace one single tile.
But he called anyway.
They said it had been 9yrs & 10mos since our roof was installed, so yes, we were still under our 10 year warranty, and promptly scheduled a FREE service call.

I had a tree fall and knock a tile off the corner of my roof during a recent monsoon storm. After reviewing several companies & checking Google reviews, I chose Allstate Roofing for my repair. The nice lady on the phone told me that Chad would arrive the next day between 6.30.am & 7.00am to inspect the damage. I had a good laugh as I knew that he'd show up more like 11.30. Well, to my surprise, Chad arrived right on time. He inspected the damaged area and set me up with Brad to do the repair. Brad also kept me in the loop on his arrival time and was here right when he said he would. He completed the roof repair in a short manner and even cleaned up his mess too. While he was here, Brad inspected my whole roof and replaced another cracked tile that I wasn't aware of. I am so happy that I called Allstate Roofing. After careful research/analysis, I chose Allstate Roofing to replace the underlayment on our new (to us) 25-year old house with a cement tile roof. From the detailed original contract (with several options, such as single or dual layer underlayment), through the installation process, things went extremely smoothly, and without a hitch. The crew was terrific, and the on-site “manager,” Nelson, was readily available to discuss small issues that came up during the re-roofing (such as some stucco cracks in a wall facing a flat portion of the roof that I could not see, but they patched without any further charge). Every day, everything was cleaned up, and while the entire job took slightly more than six days (from the anticipated five), there were no complaints and everything went smoothly. Even the “matching” of the inevitable new cement tiles with the original ones was done with care and precision—and advanced consultation with me. I pay a lot of attention to detail, and Allstate Roofing did also. The price was fair (particularly considering the guarantee), and, on completion, everything looks great.

Ours was a very large re-roofing project. Once contracted, Allstate Roofing just had to fit us into their schedule. Everyday the 5 man crew showed up on time in the morning and left work right on time with a well-deserved lunch break. Supervisors showed up each day to assess the work (they manage several jobs at a time). The projected deadline of 5-7 days was met. The employees took their time to DO THE JOB RIGHT. I was updated each day about any minor issues. Overall, this job went as well as can be expected (since every job has some hidden discoveries)

Came home from work totally forgot that allstate roofing was to repair my roof, went outside and noticed that repairs were made and no mess left behind.

Chad, the company Representative was clear and helpful when we first met. Now that everything is complete, I look back and realize that he was honest about what would and then did happen. The whole process was clearly organized and efficient. The big truck was there at 6AM and the workers arrived at 9AM and went right to work. No messing around. Every morning they went right to work when they arrived around 7AM. Nelson, the Project Manager came by every day to make sure things were progressing. He was also more than willing to answer any questions and concerns. Chad and Nelson said the workers would clean up before they left - which they did. All in all the whole process was largely difficulty free. The talk about the noise from the work didn't live up to the claims. I stayed home the entire time and the hammering and noise was largely minimal. The only one of the household that was upset with the noise was Gizmo, my African Grey. The other birds just seemed to ignore it.

Arnelo and his assistants did a very professional job in repairing some roof facial board, soffit and concrete tiles and I would recommend Allstate Roofing. I don’t usually write reviews but it was difficult to hire a roofing company for a roof repair but Allstate Roofing took on the project and exceeded my expectations.

He came out in a couple days of calling, inspected our roof, fixed a tile that was loose and gave us a honest inspection saying the roof looked great and didn't need any else done on it. AllState Roofing was very Professional from start to finish. From the time I met with the estimator to the day they finished the roof. Everyone was very polite and respectful of my Property and to my house hold. The job started when they said it would. The guys started each morning at the time stated, and finished when they said it would. Dailey the property was cleaned up and all debris was installed into their dump trailer. They have roofed two of my personal properties over the years and I will continue using them.

I found a mud ball on the ground. I called Allstate Roofing and talked to a real person. Scheduled an appointment and Chad showed up bright and early and on time. He checked for a missing mud ball and determined it was from my neighbors home. He went ahead and checked over the entire roof and found that it was in great shape. Took all of maybe 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional service. I'll definitely call Allstate Roofing whenever I have any roofing issues.

We have a flat patio roof that was the original when the house was built in 2005. The roof was leaking at the drain scupper on two of the four.
Allstate came out and gave us an estimate to replace roof and replacement of any damaged plywood. They took pictures of areas that needed to be replaced. The repair was completed in a day and a half. Allstate was very professional with phone conversations and on questions about the roofing materials they were going to use. All old materials were cleaned up disposed of.

Allstate Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!

To set the stage; colder/wetter/windier winter than normal; tough labor market. Both of which have made it challenging to get work done in less than 4 - 6 weeks. To add to that I would guess that the cosmetic work that I needed done probably fell at the bottom 5% of the business being generated from the work that I needed done. However, I'll tell you that the approach Chad took to assessing and recommending what was needed made it seem as if I was a top 5% customer not a bottom 5%.

Chad came prepared with estimates, answers and clear recommendations on how to proceed. Timelines were outlined, but he continued to work it after our discussion to compress the timeline significantly to get the work done.

It's not always going to work out in our favor, but I'll tell you if you are looking for an honest, professional, understanding approach to the work that needs to be done standing on the foundation of decades of experience, then Chad and Allstate Roofing is your next call if you need work done on your roof. I am a return customer for this company. I had my home re-roofed a couple of years ago and they did a great job. So when my rental needed a roof I automatically called them. My roof was recently damaged by high winds. I called my insurance, and two local roofing companies for estimates. After choosing Allstate Roofing, they installed a temporary tarp while I worked through the insurance process. When the time came, Brad came to my home and repaired my shingle roof with shingles that match so well that it’s not even noticeable where the damage was! Allstate Roofing replaced my roof back in the spring of 2021 and recently repaired some shingle damage from the installation of a new HVAC unit. As someone who works in the construction industry and knows the value of competitive bidding, I got 6 quotes from roofing contractors in the Phoenix metro area. Allstate Roofing's proposal provided the best value, by far, and proposed Roofing products with material and workmanship warranties much longer than the others Roofing contractors. They were not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but my past experience tells me that you don't want the cheapest contractors because they have the cheapest materials and subpar labor. I was very impressed by the professionalism and experience of Brad, Chad, and the other installers as my roof was repaired. Our tile roof was 27 years old and the paper underneath needed to be replaced. We had numerous leaks over the years. This is my second experience with Allstate roofing. My confidence in this company is so high that I didn't even receive a competitive bid. Just called, received quote, 2 weeks later had a new roof. We re- did our cement tile roof and skylights at a time of huge Covid surge and backed up supply chains but Allstate communicated, adapted and completed the project in an orderly fashion. We even navigated a rain storm in the middle of demolition that could have been a disaster but they were able to protect our house and work around it. This is the second time I've used Allstate Roofers, as I am doing my roof in sections. The first time I was looking for roofers, I had a hard time getting anyone to either call me back or give me a quote- called a dozen places. Allstate is responsive through phone and email. Their customer service, attention to detail, honesty, clarity, made this whole process painless. The price from their quote did not change. The workers left no trace of being here in my yard (grateful for that!) And the worker called when he arrived and when he left. They had a follow-up call and email after as well. Even if I got a slightly lower quote some where else (which I couldn't since no one called me back) I would honestly pay a little more for the quality of service and work.

Allstate Roofing completed an underlay replacement on our tile roof a few days ago and we are quite pleased with how it all went. The crew all had great attitudes, worked very hard, and cleaned up every day. They were very professional and really seamed to enjoy their jobs which I found rather refreshing. Brad (the supervisor), was by every day keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. He was very attentive to our needs and kept the whole thing on track. As with most people the only experience they'll have with a roofing company comes after a storm or damage and your between a rock and a hard place. The first time I'd needed to get a Roofing company outside of one of those scenarios I got several other estimates and was pleasantly surprised with Allstate Roofing. No pressure, no gimmicks, no bs. Quote was fair, install went quick and clean up was great.
I have used them twice now for repairs and a flat roof replacement and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Allstate Roofing re-roofed my 1999 house and repaired sheathing under the eaves where the old roof was leaking. They were at all time professional and courteous; answered all my questions and did an excellent job. I would totally recommend this company.

I'm pleased with the work Allstate Roofing did. They did a full install of underlayment on my 20 yr old tile roof and also resurfaced my patio. I had a few different companies come out to give me bids and Allstate was somewhere in the middle, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Chad was thorough and answered all my questions during the inspection and bidding process. The only unknown was how much wood may need to be replaced and wood isn't included in the bid and is expensive these days.

After agreeing, signing the contract and providing the required 30% deposit, my job was roughly scheduled, which I knew ahead of time was going to be a few weeks out. When my final payment was made the day of completion, it was exactly two months from the signing of the contract. With all the rain we had during February I thought this was pretty good.

Nelson was the supervisor on the job and he was pleasant and professional to work with. Each day when the crew left I would do a walk around and anything I pointed out to Nelson the next day was quickly resolved. He also took down and reinstalled some gutter on the back patio that wasn't installed correctly years ago. The 20ft long facia behind the gutter was rotted and had to be replaced. I had paint on hand so Nelson painted it even though it was written that Allstate wasn't responsible for any painting. I also had pigeon barriers that I thought would be difficult to reinstall. It was listed as such in the roofing contract and that I may have to have Allstate install their own version at extra cost. I was pleased that Nelson was able to properly reinstall the original barriers. All in all I feel that Nelson and his crew went above and beyond what was written in the agreement.

Staying in touch with personnel in the Allstate office was done via email and a call or two and was easy and efficient. Veronica, the office manager, was always responsive and pleasant.

In the end, I don't have any complaints about Allstate Roofing and I'm glad I went with them. It may be a while before we see some more rain but I'm confident I won't have any issue and if I do, I'm confident Allstate will resolve whatever issue may come up. With a 15 yr warranty on the patio and 30 yr on the main roof, I should be good to go.

Allstate Roofing was middle ground in estimates we received for underlayment replacement but their inspection process was superior to the others. They obviously knew our HOA requirements and what needed to be done. They also offered the best warranty. When a later observation showed a drainage problem into the gutters, Brad Robertson promptly came back and fixed the problem.

I live in Surprise, AZ. I noticed some tiles that were out of place on my roof. I figured it must be from a microburst that had happened a while before. I called Allstate Roofing and made an appointment to have it checked out. Chad came to assess the damage. He was very nice and on time. He climbed up on the roof and just a short time later rang my doorbell. He said he had fixed the problem and I was good to go. He said "no charge and have a nice day". I stood there in shock as he drove away. What a great company! Thanks, Chad! You made my day! I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Everyone from my initial contact with Allstate was professional. Every step of the roof replacement we were informed of the process. Excellent customer service and workmanship. The foreman, Brad was courteous and made sure everything was done to satisfaction. A month after the roof installation was complete, I was on the roof disconnecting a video camera and accidentally broke a few tile. I called Allstate and Brad came out and replaced the tile at no charge. I am a subcontractor myself and I was treated the same way that I strive to treat my customers. Had my roof replaced 5 years ago by Chad and team. I had called a few other roofers as there was some storm damage that needed to be repaired. Allstate and Chad worked with my insurance company adjuster to obtain authorization prior to starting the work, something none of the others offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing tiles and all around did a fantastic job. I did spring for a little extra protection from the heavier grade underlayment which I am very happy to have done so for the minimal upgrade cost. We knew some places required wood replacement and all materials and costs were provided upfront for those repairs so no surprises.

The roof has held up great in 5 years and shows no signs of rework needed. Allstate started and finished the work as scheduled and with an amazing amount of quality put into every step. I was very happy to have dealt with the owner of the company rather than a standard salesman type from a larger outfit. I would highly recommend using Allstate and letting them show you their professionalism for any of your roofing needs. I would definitely use them again.

Our job required the removal and installation of solar panels by another company. No one wants to replace a roof but after 26 years it was time. I researched and received estimates from.a number of companies. Pricewise, most were in the same ballpark, but I chose Allstate. My 26 year old tile roof finally developed a leak, so I figured it was time to get the whole roof redone. Based on a recommendation from my neighbor and after checking with the BBB and ROC, I contacted Allstate Roofing. The owner Chad came out to inspect my property, and the next day they provided me a quote for replacing the underlayment. The superintendent and work crew showed up the day they were scheduled and worked diligently until the job was finished. There was a day of heavy rain during the middle of my project which made me nervous, but they made sure not to uncover any more than they could get covered before the rain came. The crew worked hard and was very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. Nelson, the job superintendent, was excellent. He showed me where they would need to replace wood. He answered or responded quickly on the couple times I called him with questions. During and after the job, he went up on the roof to make minor adjustments. He obviously wanted everything to be perfect. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend Allstate Roofing.

Allstate re-roofed our southern exposure roof which also supported the solar panels. They were the only company to work with an independent solar company to guarantee the roof with the solar stanchion inclusion. I hired Allstate to repair a section of our tile roof where there was a leak where my roof met a vertical wall. Given the recent rains, I had to wait for about 3 weeks to fit into their schedule, but the crew arrived on time and took care of most of the work in a single day. The owner of the business originally came to look at the job and give me an estimate, and showed me why their work was likely superior to other roofing contractors. The on-site supervisor checked the work when the crew finished and he had the crew make some changes because he felt they were necessary to ensure a tight seal. The on-site supervisor (Brad) worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the solution before he let the crew finish. I was very pleased with the final outcome and the 10-year warranty on the workmanship. Allstate was not my lowest bid, but I believe in the long run they will be worth the difference in price.

I had Allstate Roofing do an R & R (remove and replace) on my tile roof. I did a lot of research on roofing companies before choosing Allstate Roofing to do the job. They were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest one either. When they came to my house to inspect the roof and quote me a price on redoing it, they told me exactly everything they would do to replace the roof. When they inspected the roof, they found several broken and cracked tiles and some of the tiles were not installed correctly by the home builder. Allstate’s roofing crew arrived on the date and time they said they would and the crew immediately started removing my tile on the roof. During the day the crew made sure there was no trash left lying on the ground for someone to trip over and at the end of each day they cleaned around the outside of the house before they left. At the end of the job the bill was exactly what they quoted me. There are no surprises with Allstate Roofing. If you need your roof worked on, this is the company to hire.

I had 7 or 8 roofing contractors bid on replacing our roof. Without exception, Allstate gave me the most confidence of their professionalism and value before I made a decision on who to trust. They did not let me down. The superintendent for our project was Brad Robertson. He excelled at communicating with me, and many times went the extra mile to do extra things to make me happy. He was awesome! We had a lot of rain in the middle of our new roof installation. I was concerned about exposure and leakage. Allstate ensured me this would not be a problem, and it wasn't. The working crew was diligent in cleaning up at the end of each day.

We knew that Allstate Roofing did their job well when the inspector for the mortgage company came twice and said that he had seen many roofs, but that Allstate was doing the job right. He also mentioned how well they cleaned up, even though they were two days into the work because he did not see nails and debris everywhere. My side of the story was a convoluted mess! But Chad & Veronica navigated through it most gracefully & graciously. I had contracted with them to replace the underlayment of my 24 yr. old tile roof in expectation of selling the house in the near future. I paid the deposit for materials & was waiting for the scheduled project, (meanwhile, there was 1 VERY messed up tile on my roof that they came & fixed while waiting for the final project) when at the last minute I sold my house in record time with a large buying firm. Chad agreed to refund me my deposit minus the restocking fee & a small fee for the 1 tile repair. Then......I learned that my new house needed roofing attention. I asked Chad to use some of that refund for the repairs on the new house, only to find out that the company I was buying from said they'd be fixing the roof. So, again, I was putting Chad off. He was so very gracious, communicative & understanding. I'm not sure I trust this large company to do the repairs to my satisfaction, so I intend to call Allstate Roofing once again! I KNOW Allstate does great work because I researched them diligently before ever contacting them in the first place.

The unfortunate time came to have my roof replaced, due to age. Like many of us, I contacted Allstate Roofing, and 4 other competing roofers, small time companies to large companies. There are so many reasons why I chose Allstate.
1) Chad was very knowledgeable and answered may of my concerning questions, on several occasions, and even revised my estimate when I requested and without hesitation.
2) The quote was with in rage with all other competitors.
3) Chad and his company did not try to up-sell me, or add unneeded charges to my new roof, as many others tried in their quote. In fact, he provided me with current information and I decided, on my own, to add ventilation and to use the upgrade shingles.

Allstate Roofing gave us an estimate to replace some broken tiles, clean years of pigeon droppings and repair some joints. Their estimate was detailed and very competitive. They arrived on time and completed all the estimated repairs and more. The roofing technician took me on the roof and showed me what was being done. He did an outstanding job on the roof, cleaned all the area around the house and was very professional. Workers were very diligent in their work and did a great job. They pointed out something the AC installers did not do correct, and they came back to make sure the roof was not damaged after the AC company did their rework. Very polite and accommodating.

We were very satisfied with Allstate Roofing. The tear off and the install was done very professionally. Both tear off and installers were very meticulous about cleaning up after they were done. Both crews were polite.

On the week of November 13th Allstate Roofing came out and replaced the roof underlayment on our two-story home and they did an outstanding job. Our neighbors on either side of our home were also impressed by the job they did. What’s even more impressive is one of our neighbor who lives in a single story house has solar panels that got really dirty from the work done on our roof. One of the crew members went over and offered to go up on their roof and hose off the solar panels. The offer was accepted and the neighbor was very grateful. Another crew member went to another neighbor and offered to cleanup some debris that went over on the side of their home and he could not have been more pleased. Everyone from Chad, who came out and gave us the estimate, office staff member Veronica, Nelson the project manager and the crew were very friendly, professional and provided great customer service. We are so happy we chose Allstate Roofing and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

What an outstanding experience we just had with Allstate. The Office Manager is exceptional, Chad the owner was great to obtain estimate and finalize an end contract, and the roofing crew did an outstanding job of removing the entire tile roof and installing a brand new one in 4.5 days for a 3,600 sq ft house. I was in need of a new roof. After doing a lot of research I settled on Allstate Roofing. Am I glad I did. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They helped me select the shingles that looked good and gave me the warranty I was looking for. They also worked around a couple of rain days so I wouldn’t have leak problems. The roof was finished in the timeframe laid out and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. The price was also very competitive. I would recommend them and also use them in the future.

You get what you pay for. Allstate Roofing was very upfront and professional on the work, material and cost of repairing and replacing my roof. My roofs were stripped and shingled and foamed in basically 2 days. This included replacing pieces of sub-roofing that was rotted. I used the Energy Star 30 year shingles and added 8 roof vents (original roof only had 1 Turbine), and on my flat roof garage and patio they put down new sheets of plywood/OSB and did a wonderful foam job. I also had them remove the turbine on the garage and add extra vents. When it came to my Heat-Pump, they lifted the frame so they could roof under the brackets and stand instead of just trying to patch around them. They also removed unneeded objects (old antenna pole) so they could properly secure the roof.

The workmanship for the shingled roof is 20 years and the foam roof 10 years. If there is any problems with either roof, all I have to do is give them a call. The company has been in business since 2001, and it is the owner, Chad, that usually comes out to evaluate the job.

I am very pleased with the work and materials that was used on my house. YES, it may have cost me more than if I looked for a cheaper way to go, but I am truly at ease and comfortable with my new roof. I can now plan to remodel my kitchen and other parts of the house. It would have been a bummer if I remodeled and the roof leaked.

I want to extend my thanks to Allstate Roofing for doing a great job on re-shingling my roof. I had considered a few other roofers with good ratings, but Allstate did a much better job of estimating the exact cost saving me allot of overhead the other roofers were building into their estimates. The Allstate roofing crews showed up on time and did a professional job on both the removal of the old shingles and the installation of the new ones. They even went over my yard with a magnetic device to pull up any old staples that could have been dangerous. The foreman made an extra trip here during the first night to be sure that the felting process held back rain as we did get rain that first night. That shows Allstate is dedicated to providing their customers great service beyond other roofers. Also, the Allstate roofing crew corrected several mistakes created by the prior roofers from decades ago. Now I can feel confident the new roof will hold up to rain and wind going forward for many years to come. Again, thanks to everyone at Allstate Roofing Company for installing excellent new shingles.

My experience with Chad Thomas and Allstate Roofing was great. His crew worked with me and allowed me time to make all the improvements I wanted to make during the re-roofing process, painting and re installing my rain gudders the way I wanted. Chad also took the time to stop by twice during the process to make sure his crew was doing a great job. During one of these visits he noticed something about the Bird-Stops on the front of the house that he did not like, something I would never have noticed. He had them correct this issue immediately. The work performed on my home was above reproach in all aspects and I highly recommend Allstate roofing.

I interviewed three roofing companies. Allstate was my final choice and was the best decision! From the beginning bid with the professional Chad Thomas through the roofing process with his skilled crew, to the final result, I can't be happier with my choice.

When structural problems were encountered during the work, not only did they inform and walk me through the damage, but referred me to a good contractor and helped work with them on my behalf to get the work done quickly. While we waited for the construction work to be done, the guys at Allstate kept in constant contact with me. The crew even came by early on a Saturday morning when there was a threat of rain to professionally tarp over the open area to be sure there would be no further damage.

In my business, I pride myself on excellent customer service. These days its rare to find companies who do the same. All of the people I worked with at Allstate went above and beyond what I expected getting my roof replaced.

After a macro burst hit our area in July of 2014 we were in need of a roof repair. I thought "oh no!" we have all heard of nightmare roofing stories here in the valley. I called Allstate roofing and it was the best thing I have done in a long time. Kathy answered the phone and sent Chad out the very next day. Chad came out and assessed the damage. He felt we definitely had some major damage. With another storm moving in we were a bit nervous. So Chad came back out on his own and did an emergency tarp so we could get through August and the remainder of the monsoon season. He then gave us a great price on a R&R for a new roof. We now have a beautiful new roof with all the birding updates. We have since had a major storm and no leaks. All the workers were a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and so nice. The roof was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everyday. I have recommended them to a few people and figure if they are 1/2 as good with them as they were with us they will have no problem getting the job. They do quality work at a fair price. I love local, small family owned businesses. I say bigger isn't always better. You should give them a call too.

We chose to use Allstate after getting bids from the Owner, Chad and two major competitor's salesmen. Not only was Chad's bid the most competitive, but he also said he would be providing personal oversight. The other salesmen would merely pass the job to "Whoever?" The Allstate crew did an exceptional job of testing the entire flat foam roof for areas needing repair and expertly fixed all blistered areas before the two layer poly coating was applied. They made sure that the granules were rolled into the final coat instead of just casting them over the surface as most competitors would do. The crew took great care to protect the pavers in the driveway and thoroughly cleaned up the work area at the end of each workday. Highly recommend Allstate for their competency, integrity and "customer service" attributes.

After getting a few estimates, Chad at AllState roofing was not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company that I came across. He really took the time to explain all of my options and what was wrong and what each option would cost me. I saw him several times throughout the project checking in on his team which was already doing a great job. His office followed up and kept me updated on what was happening and when they would be out. His work crew was friendly, professional, and effecient. Thanks to Chad Thomas we have a great roof and no more troubles with leaks. At Chad's advice we obtained 4 other roofing companies estimates and found his to be the most efficient and cost effective.
