I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty.
